Only 2 more months left in 2019 and reflections of the past 39 years are starting to manifest. As my psyche runs it course lo and behold this past Sunday’s New Noize playlist.

This past Sunday's mix includes new music from Algiers, Cold War Kids, Olivia Jean & Cartel Madras. Also looks like Zero 7 is back! Talking about “back” *ahem* I spun new Doja Cat. I love Doja Cat like I love samosas. I dont know why I love samosas, all I know is I love samosas. Some samosas are better than others, but overall I love em and I love Doja. Her new single "Rules" is great and I have high hopes for next album release "Hot Pink" which comes out prior to 2020?!?!?!

SIDE NOTE: I wonder how long Doja was laying there for that python shot? (happens at the end of the video) I don’t work with animals but that seems like an all day type of event.

Earl Sweatshirt surprised everyone with a new album drop, FEET OF CLAY (in all CAPS nop less) and you know I had to spin that. The whole record is short, like under 20 mins short. ASLO shout outs to Toro y Moi for hooking everyone up with Soul Trash, and album that was only release on cassette but has now been press on vinyl

No new Queens of the Stone Age news but Josh Homme released volumes 11 & 12 of Desert Sessions. Desert Sessions is a conclave of artists coming together and producing some amazing music. He has been doing this since circa 97 and never disappoints. This season's cast includes:

Better late than never?!?!?! Sorry about the super late update, I got a bit behind. The only saving grace is that this past Sunday’s show was one of the best sets I have played in a minute. The reason for this is simple, THERE IS SO MUCH NEW MUSIC OUT. Normally I am compiling my "best of" list but not this year. OH 2019!!!!
