Prepare for the slaughter my fellow humans. To all my vegan fam, you are better than all of us and I apologize for ruining the environment for my tryptophan gluttonous ways. I believe what Turkatron, who was sent from the year 9595 to save the great, great, great, great grandfather of Goblox said it best and I quote, "Enjoy those tacos now, for in 1000 years they will be illegal...I think we all know why."

Well played Turkatron, well played.

Yes there was a New Noize this past Sunday and yes I am the only DJ to play a track off of Black Future '88, a video game for the Switch/PC with one of the best electronic soundtracks of 2019.

Peace to all the freaks. Sorry for the late lateness of this update from this past Sunday’s New Noize but the inner lining of my body is currently a war torn battlefield. This happens around this time every year in SB when its 60 degrees in the morning and jets up to 82 by lunch, then when the sun sets at 4:45PM it dips back down to 57.

Sometimes I look over my Sunday sets for today’s post and am like, "Damn, how did this happen?" Oh hi there. It's 11.11, it's Monday which means its time for another New Noize update.

For clarification about my opening statement, I'm not stressing but this weeks playlist is all over the place. I pride myself on having the most diverse playlist in specialty but this week defiantly takes the cake.

I went pretty heavy on the electronic side of things, with groovy tracks like the Khotin Remix of Guerilla Toss's "Meteorological", to the smoother heavy blip-age of Oval "Paragramm" to the hyper avant garde Moor Mother's "After Images". Clipping released a new track featuring Shabazz Palaces which sounds like it could have been on Clipping's recent horror release There Existed an Addiction to Blood bit that’s pure speculation.

What’s not speculation is FKA twigs new album "MAGDALENE" is the best work she has done so far. Then again when does FKA twigs do anything not at peak levels? I snuck in the new one from BMTH and side note, if you have a PS4 and haven’t played it in a while, go buy "Death Stranding" This is one not to be missed. I also managed to hit that new Midnight Hour and am fortunate enough to see them later this week!

OH and I kicked off the show with King Diamond, which makes this weeks playlist a win for everyone who listened.

Lastly I went to Ostrich Land in Solvang on Saturday. Ostrich are strange animals and i don’t fear birds but this encounter will haunt me for years to come.

Only 2 more months left in 2019 and reflections of the past 39 years are starting to manifest. As my psyche runs it course lo and behold this past Sunday’s New Noize playlist.

This past Sunday's mix includes new music from Algiers, Cold War Kids, Olivia Jean & Cartel Madras. Also looks like Zero 7 is back! Talking about “back” *ahem* I spun new Doja Cat. I love Doja Cat like I love samosas. I dont know why I love samosas, all I know is I love samosas. Some samosas are better than others, but overall I love em and I love Doja. Her new single "Rules" is great and I have high hopes for next album release "Hot Pink" which comes out prior to 2020?!?!?!

SIDE NOTE: I wonder how long Doja was laying there for that python shot? (happens at the end of the video) I don’t work with animals but that seems like an all day type of event.

Earl Sweatshirt surprised everyone with a new album drop, FEET OF CLAY (in all CAPS nop less) and you know I had to spin that. The whole record is short, like under 20 mins short. ASLO shout outs to Toro y Moi for hooking everyone up with Soul Trash, and album that was only release on cassette but has now been press on vinyl

Last thing. DEATH STRANDING! If you don’t follow me on YouTube and watch people play video games on YouTube please watch me play Death Stranding on YouTube. I am flirting with the idea of streaming, but as of now this is purely for fun. I know some if not most of the people that actually read these writes ups don’t normally game as heavy as I game. Come walk with me as we embark on this new vision by Hideo Kojima starring Norman Reedus.

WTF is a bridge baby.
